Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Colora mobile application (the "App") operated by Colora ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Colora is a photo editing application that provides AI-powered tools and standard editing features. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload, process, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
• Use automated systems or bots to access or interact with the App.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos you upload or edit using the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the editing services. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

You are solely responsible for the content you process through the App and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use such content.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Free Tier

The App offers a limited number of free AI-powered edits per day. Free-tier users may see advertisements within the App.

Pro Subscription

The App offers a paid subscription ("Pro") that provides additional features including unlimited AI edits, ad-free experience, and HD exports. Subscription details, pricing, and billing terms are presented within the App at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Play Store settings.
• Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• AI-generated results will meet your expectations or be free of artifacts.
• The App will be compatible with all devices or operating systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may stop using the App at any time. If you have an active subscription, cancellation of the subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
